We're committed to making your shopping experience a pleasant one, from ordering to shipping.

1. Eligibility:

  • Free shipping is available on all diamond orders placed via The Brilliant Carat website.

  • Free shipping is currently only available to customers within United States.

2. Shipping Method:

  • Free shipping will be fulfilled using our standard shipping method via FedEx, USPS or UPS.

  • Expedited or express shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please inquire.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling before the order is shipped.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination.

4. Exclusions:

  • The free shipping offer does not apply to orders outside US and Canada.

6. International Shipping:

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Your online purchase may be returned by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. For orders shipped outside the US, we do not offer returns due to potential taxes being levied.

  2. Articles must be in original unworn condition and with all original packing and documentation.

  3. Special order items, diamonds set in jewelry, or items altered at the customer's request are not returnable.

  4. Refund amount will be credited in the original form of payment, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash or certain other payments requiring special processing.

  5. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer. We strongly recommended you insure the returned item for its full value before shipping it back to us.

  6. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

How to Submit a Return

1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Code: Send us an email at returns@thebrilliantcarat.com and include Order ID, Billing Last Name and Billing Zip Code, Reason for Return.

2. Return Approval: Your Return Request will be reviewed within 24 business hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping address and a RA number.

3. Packing your Return: Enclose your item inside its original stone/jewelry box. It is best to use the original packaging from your order.

4. Shipment and Insurance: You ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. Write your return authorization (RA) code on the outside of the package you are returning. We strongly recommend you insure your returned item for its full value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Refund Process

1. Article Inspection: After we receive the returned order, our specialists will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately seven business days upon receipt of the item.

2. Issuing Refund: Refunds will be issued with the method of payment used in the purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash or certain other payments requiring special processing. Six Stars Trading LLC is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. Six Stars Trading LLC is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

3. Return Period: Packages without a return authorization (RA) code will not be accepted for refund. Return authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please call our specialist to request another return shipping authorization. All requests for refunds must be in writing via email.

4. Return Conditions: Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or damaged items will be refused receipt.

Changes to Shipping and Return Policy

The Brilliant Carat reserves the right to modify or terminate free shipping offer or make other shipping and return policy changes at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be reflected on this page.
